We refuse shortcuts. French butter, Belgian couverture, single-origin vanilla and farm-fresh cream — every ingredient earns its place. Our doughs rest overnight; our ganache is made in small batches; our roses are piped by hand.
We're a small team of pastry chefs, decorators and delivery folks who genuinely care that your celebration lands perfectly.
